Zync Cart operates as a dropshipping platform. We source products from various suppliers and manufacturers. While we strive to ensure all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate, errors may occur.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue a product without prior notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of products.

By placing an order through Zync Cart, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts. All payments are processed securely through our trusted payment gateway partner, Razorpay.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to: product availability, errors in the description or price of the product, or fraud suspicion. If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will refund the full amount.

As a dropshipping service, your orders are shipped directly from our supplier partners via third-party logistics (e.g., Delhivery, BlueDart, Ecom Express).

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Zync Cart is not responsible for delays caused by customs, natural disasters, or other factors outside our control. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for detailed information on timelines and tracking.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our specific Return Policy.

Generally, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return. Certain items like perishables, personal care goods, and custom products cannot be returned.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Zync Cart and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of India.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Zync Cart.
